Details on B.Ed. Common Entrance Test (GUBEDCET-2020):
To select eligible students to enrol for Gauhati University B.Ed Admission, all interested students must appear for a common entrance test.
GUBEDCET exam structure is as mentioned below:
- a) Total Questions: 100
- b) GUBEDCET-2020 Duration: 2 hours 30 minutes
- c) All questions will be of MCQ type with four alternative choices of which only one answer will be the correct option.
- d) The test Booklet and the OMR will be in English. The test will be OMR based.
- e) There will be 4 marks for the correct answer and (-1) for the wrong answer. No negative marks for unanswered questions.
Eligibility Criteria:
As per NCTE norms, a candidate may be allowed to appear in the GUBEDCET-2020 provided that he/she has passed the B.A / B.Sc. / B.Com. or MA/ MSc/M.Com or equivalent degree programme form a recognised Board/University with at least 50% marks (or 45% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD).

GUBEDCET-2020 Application Fee
A candidate who wants to submit an online application for GUBEDCET-2020 must pay an application fee of Rs.1000.00 + Bank Transaction Charge.
