1. Recording Technician
No. of Post: 01 (UR)
Essential:
i. P.U. Science or its equivalent from a recognized Board/University.
ii. Diploma in Sound Engineering from a recognized Institute.
Desirable:
i. Three years experience in the field work of sound recording and film making;
ii. Knowledge of Manipuri, Hindi, English
Pay Scale: PB-1, Rs.5200-20200/- + GP of Rs.2800/-
2. Technician (Photographer)
No. of Post: 01 (UR)
Essential:
i. Matriculate/HSLC/Equivalent from a recognized Board/Institute;
ii. Certificate from a recognized Institute with three years apprenticeship in the field of photography.
Desirable:
i. Experience of cinematography and sound recording;
ii. Knowledge of Manipuri, Hindi, English

3. Library Assistant

Essential:
i. Graduate from a recognized University;
ii. Bachelor Degree in Library & Information Science from a recognized University.

4. Lower Division Clerk (LDC)
No. of Posts: 02 (UR: 01 & ST: 01)
Essential: Graduate who have completed a Course on Computer Concepts (CCC) IDOS + Windows + MS Office + Multimedia + Internet) of a Central/State recognized Institute.
Desirable: Knowledge of Manipuri, Hindi, English
Pay Scale: PB-1, Rs.5200-20200/- + GP of Rs.2000/-
5. Assistant Technician (Sound)

Essential:
i. Matriculate/HSLC/Equivalent from a recognized Board/Institute;
ii. Certificate in the technique of sound from a recognized Institute.

Age limit of MSKA Imphal Recruitment 2021
Minimum of 18 years and Maximum of 38 years for all the posts. The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates.
The upper age limit is also relaxable for Govt./MSKA servants appointed under the Government of Manipur to the extent of the period of continuous service in post/service. The eligible age should be as on 07.12.2020 i.e. the date of notification.
Scheme of Exam of MSKA Imphal Recruitment 2021
I. For the post of Recording Technician:
i. Written Test: General English (25 marks); General Knowledge (25 marks); Knowledge of Sound Engineering (50 marks).
ii. Job Suitability Test (20 marks)
II. For the post of Technician (Photographer):
i. Written Test: General English (25 marks); General Knowledge (25 marks); Knowledge of Photography (50 marks).
ii. Job Suitability Test (20 marks)
III. For the post of Library Assistant:
i. Written Test: General English (25 marks); General Knowledge (25 marks); Knowledge of Library & Information Science (50 marks).
ii. Job Suitability Test (20 marks)
IV. For the post of LDC:
i. Written Test: General English, Precis Writing, Drafting and Essay (100 marks); General Knowledge (50 marks)
ii. Computer (Practical) (50 marks)
iii. Job Suitability Test (20 marks)
V. For the post of Assistant Technician (Sound):
i. Written Test: General English (25 marks); General Knowledge (25 marks); Knowledge of Sound Technique (50 marks).

VI. For the post of Peon/Sweeper/Chowkidar-cum-Mali:
i. Written Test: General English (25 marks); G.K. (25 marks)

Application Fee: Candidates are requested to pay the applicable fee in cash at the time of the collection of application forms (Rs.500/- for UR & OBC candidates and Rs.300/- for SC/ST/PWD).
How to apply for MSKA Imphal Recruitment 2021:
The willing and eligible candidates should get their names sponsored by the concerned Employment Exchange Office. The sponsored candidates should collect the prescribed format of application from the office of the Akademi during office hours (10:00 am to 4:30 pm) on all working days. Completed application forms along with the required self-attested documents should be submitted to the Secretary, Manipur State Kala Akademi, Khuman Lampak, Sports Complex, Imphal on or before 08th January 2021 by 4:30 pm. Those employed in Central or State Governments/Autonomous Bodies/ Public Sector Undertakings should route their applications through proper channel.
