Details on NHAI Recruitment 2021:
1. Manager (Administration)
No. of Posts: 04 (Four)
Qualification & Experience:
(i) Degree of a recognized University/Institute; AND
(ii) At least four years experience in Administration/Establishment/Human Resource/Personnel Management.
Pay Band and GP: PB-3 (Rs.15600- 39100) with Grade Pay Rs.6600 /- (equivalent to Level 11 in Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC).
Age limit: Deputation-Not exceeding 56 years
2. Assistant Manager (Administration)
No. of Posts: 02 (Two)
Qualification & Experience:
(i) Degree of a recognized University/Institute; AND
(ii) At least three years of experience in Administration/Establishment/Human Resource/Personnel Management
Pay Band and GP: PB-2 (Rs.9300-34800) with Grade Pay Rs.4800/- (equivalent to Level 8 in Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC)
Age limit: Deputation-Not exceeding 56 years

Applicants can apply ONLINE only. Candidates should have a valid personal e-mail ID and ensure that the same is active during the entire recruitment process. User ID, Password, filled-in application form and all other important communication will be sent on the same registered e-mail ID.
Duly filled-in print-out of the ONLINE application, forwarded by parent department of the applicant along with the prescribed ‘Verification Certificate’ and photocopy of APARs/ACRs for the last five (05) years, should reach NHAI at the address given below, on or before 01/02/2021 (6.00 PM)
