Candidates who have selected provisionally for admission into GNM course session 2020-21 that the counselling, document verification and medical examination will be held on 23rd December 2020 (Wednesday) at VKNRL School of Nursing, Numaligarh from 9:00 am onwards.
Documents Required for VKNRL GNM Nursing Counselling 2020:
Candidates must bring the following documents in original and one set of Photostat copies at the time of counselling.
a. Age proof certificate (Birth certificate/ HSLC admit card)
b. Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC) from competent authority
c. Caste Certificate (SC/ ST/ OBC certificate with valid NCL certificate/ EWS/ PWD)
d. Document mentioning the name of the school from where HSLC passed
e. 10+2 mark sheet and Pass certificate
f. Valid photo identity proof
g. ANM mark sheet and registration certificate (if applicable)
h. 2 (two) copies of recent passport size photograph.
Other Instructions:
Any candidate, who furnishes false information/ declaration at the time of counseling, her admission is liable to be canceled at any point of time. Criminal proceedings shall be taken against such candidates for submission of false, fabricated documents/ information under an appropriate law.
The willing candidates are hereby instructed to attend the counselling, failing to which will result in cancellation of the seat and the allotment of vacancy will be done from the waiting list.
COVID instructions:
1. Only one guardian will be allowed to accompany their candidate.
2. Wearing of the mask is mandatory.
3. Personal hand sanitizer is encouraged.
4. Maintain social distancing of at least 1 meter from each other at all times.
5. Mandatory thermal scanning will be done at the time of entry.
