1. Senior Officer (HR)
No of Posts: 1
Age Limit: 32 (Retired- 65).
Educational Qualification: Full-time Bachelor Degree of minimum 03 years duration with minimum 55% marks and 2years MBA/ MSW with specialization in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations/ Human Resources Management with minimum 60% marks. OR Bachelor Degree with minimum 55% marks and Two years Master Degree/ Two years PG Diploma in Personnel Management/ Personnel Management & Industrial Relations with minimum 60% marks. Preference will be given to candidates having an additional Bachelor’s Degree in Law (Professional).
2. Executive Trainee (HR)
No of Posts: 2
Age: 30.
Educational Qualification: Full time Bachelor Degree of minimum 03 years duration with minimum 55% marks and Two years MBA/ MSW with specialization in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations/ Human Resources Management with minimum 60% marks. OR Bachelor Degree with minimum 55% marks and Two years Master Degree/ Two years PG Diploma in Personnel Management/ Personnel Management & Industrial Relations with minimum 60% marks.
3. Junior Superintendent (HR)
No of Posts: 2
Age: 32.
Educational Qualification: Full time Bachelor Degree of minimum 03 years duration with minimum 50% marks and Diploma in Personnel Management/Industrial Relations with minimum 50% marks. Candidates should have basic knowledge & skills in computer applications (MS Office- Excel, Power Point, Word etc.) in office environment.
4. Senior Officer (Finance & Accounts)
No of Posts: 2
Age: 32.
Educational Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)/Cost Management Accountant (CMA) holding valid membership of respective bodies. Candidates possessing CA/CMA qualification should hold also valid Associate membership of ICAI/ICWA respectively. (Should have knowledge of accounting, IndAs, Company Law, I.Taxes/ Indirect Taxes, and experience of Contract Management, Tendering and award of Contracts,maintenance of records, reconciliation of balances, written English with good communication skills)
5. Junior Superintendent (Finance & accounts)
No of Posts: 2
Age: 30.
Educational Qualification: Intermediate or equivalent in CA/ICWA. Candidates should be proficient in operations of personal computer and have basic knowledge & skills in computer applications (MS office etc.) in office environment.
6. Senior Officer (C&P)
No of Posts: 1
Age: 32.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Chemical/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Instrumentation/ IT/ Computer Science/ Electronics/ Metallurgy / Civil/ Telecommunication with minimum 65% marks. Preference would be given to candidates having two years MBA with specialization in Material Management.
Degree in Mechanical engineering is preferable.• Preference would be given to candidates having two years MBA with specialization in Materials Management.• Preference will be given to candidates having experience in C&P.)
